Terms for using ravelynx.com. Reading the site means accepting them.
What this site is
Ravelynx publishes written guides about the event systems inside casual puzzle games. It is a publication and nothing else.
What this site is not
- Not a competition organiser. We run no tournament, ladder or contest of any kind, take no entries and hold no prize pool.
- Not a seller of game items. No entry tickets, passes, coins, boosters or accounts are sold here. The only paid item is our own PDF planner.
- Not a payment site. No payment is taken or processed on this site. Payment for the planner is arranged by email after we confirm your request.
- Not a prize source. Every reward described in these guides is an in-game item awarded by a game publisher, with no cash value and no exchange into money.
Any offer made in our name that contradicts the above is fraudulent.
Accuracy
Guides describe systems as observed on the date printed on each page. Publishers change event formats, schedules and rewards without notice, and the game itself is always the current authority.
External links
Links go to official store listings operated by Google and Apple under their own terms. Purchases there are between you and those companies; we are not a party and receive no report of them.
Our material
The guides belong to the publisher. Quote a passage with a link freely. Republishing entire pages, or processing them to produce a substitute, needs written permission. Trademarks and images are addressed in the legal notice.
Ordering the guide
What is sold. One item: The Event Planner, a PDF written by the publisher of this site. Price A$9. Nothing else is for sale here, and no third-party product, subscription or in-game item is offered at any price.
The form is a request, not an order. Sending the form on the guide page starts the process; it does not create a contract and does not charge you. We reply by email within one business day with payment details and confirm what you are buying. The contract is formed when you receive that written confirmation and pay.
Payment happens off this site. No card details are collected here, no payment is processed here, and there is no checkout on any page. Payment is made by bank transfer using the details in our reply.
Delivery. The PDF is emailed to the address you give, within two business days of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived by then, write to [email protected] and we will resend it.
Refunds and your rights. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to this purchase and cannot be excluded. If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is not what this page described, tell us and you will get a refund or a working copy, whichever you prefer. Because the guide is a digital file delivered in full, there is no change-of-mind refund once it has been sent, which is why the contents are listed in detail before you order.
Who you are buying from. An individual, William Jones of Australia, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no ABN and no GST registration, so no tax invoice is issued; a plain receipt is sent on request. This is stated in the legal notice as well, because it should be easy to find.
Licence. The PDF is for your own use. You may print it and keep copies for yourself. Reselling it, uploading it or distributing it is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law the publisher is not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
